Benoit P. Pous Bertran de Balanda is the Founder and President of The Black Tulip Organization Inc., and a power real estate broker and investment manager in Manhattan and Miami.

 

Prior to founding The Black Tulip Organization in 2011, Benoit started his first real estate venture at 19 years old, then practiced as an attorney in Europe, and served as partner and managing director of an investment banking boutique firm in Paris and New York City. He represented various companies in cross-border business development, mergers and acquisitions, corporate law and finance, private equity, venture capital, and real estate development and transactions in the United States, Latin America, and Europe.

 

As real estate financier and entrepreneur, Benoit has 15 years of experience, and has closed over $375 million in transactions and investments, including at Trump SoHo New York, Trump Waikiki, and Trump Las Vegas.  He developed a unique cross-border approach with the most prestigious real estate developers in the United States, and institutional and high-net-worth investors in Europe and Russia.  He is a Trustee member of the French-American Chamber of Commerce of Miami and an active member of the Real Estate Board of New York, the Miami Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and the American Bar Association.
